- Unsalted Almonds – 1-2 TBS
- Quinoa Flour – 1/8 cup
- Egg – 1
- Purified Water – 1/4 cup add more if needed

- Rosemary – 1 tsp (natural preservative)

1. Start by blending your almonds and rosemary in a food processor, with the egg. Add the banana.
2. Move your mix to a separate bowl to add water, olive oil, and baking powder. (Unless it all fits in the processor- then blend.)

3. In a bowl, whisk in your quinoa flour.
If you plan to use a silicone mold, be sure to add a metal tray underneath for support.
4. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Pour your mix into your silicone mold or mini muffin pan (use muffin cups to avoid sticking).

*secret to the silicone molds with these recipes is to get wet first and shake them off before adding your batter.
